Pre-Season
In preparation for the winter season, NCBA is offering open runs for girls looking forward to trying out in October. Coach Palmer, Coach Kelner, and other NCBA coaches will oversee the sessions. The sessions will offer light instruction, loosely organized scrimmages, in-game feedback and most importantly an opportunity to play!
Pre-season is OPTIONAL but a great opportunity to get on the court before tryouts. The price covers all five sessions and girls are welcome to attend as many (or as few) sessions as they'd like. Girls must register in advance to attend.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these in place of tryouts?
No, they are supplemental. Players must attend tryouts to be eligible for a travel team. Attending these sessions is an opportunity for the girls to get back into the game and provide them an opportunity for additional exposure to the game and coaches.
What if I have a conflict?
Come to as much of the sessions as possible on days you are available. The time will be supervised but not overly structured with opportunities for the girls to play with different teammates.
Can 3rd/4th graders or high schoolers attend?
No. Pre-season is only open to 5th-8th graders.
